On Friday Oct 14th, 2011, Jim Hudson (AKA Jim Harley) was sentenced to prison time due to fraud. Smith And Harley, Ron Smith, Yankee Doodle Records, band management and band members were not involved in any way in Mr. Hudson's fraud activities. We condemn his actions, and feel for his victims. Mr. Hudson is no longer a member of the band, Smith and Harley, and we will be replacing his role as the band continues forward. Please send me a private message if you need more information, or have more information that could be relevant to Mr. Hudson's activities.
